Managed Daily Power Operations of the Co-location Atlanta Facility. Oversaw and Monitored for installation and deinstallation.
Manage, Develop and Lead Customer Service Technicians Team. Evaluate employee performance and established new process and procedures for troubleshooting customer support issues. This has Improved the customer experience and level of customer services provided.
Established new process and procedures in conjunction with host site for Datacenter Environmental Control resulting in 10% increase efficiency of power and cooling. The changes improved air flow cooling and balancing of power distribution on power circuits.
Negotiated vendor partner relationship with Third Party Supplier to source materials from a national supplier to reduce spending on shipping costs of materials. Manage Inventory of all Data Center assets and materials.

DATACENTER ENGINEER – MACSTADIUM
Design and Implement Datacenter Physical Infrastructure layout for new 2018 Mac Mini and 2019 Mac Pro layout. Collaborated with Product and Development team on prototype Rack Shelfing and Cabling of new products to determine how to deploy in the Datacenter Environment.
Successfully setup and deployed over 864 Mac Pro servers in a 90-day window, as part of a major customer deployment resulting in $1.8 Million Revenue for the company.
