JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:-

Sea woods Commercial Project Phase-I, II & III

Project Value: 1500 Cr.

1) Handling of Manpower (Contractors, Customer, etc.). 2) Read the drawings, Arrangement of the material and Manpower. 3) Supervise the job to meet the Quality and Safety requirements. 4) Understanding of the job execution sequence with the latest tools/ techniques. 5) Delivery of the Project within the planned targets (schedule, cost, safety, quality, etc.). 6) Participation in Project Discussion.

7) Certification of S/C Bills, Maintain all document (Check list, BBS, Rfi’s). 8) Execute for excavation, waterproofing work, formwork, block work, plastering, painting, PT checking, VDF, PQC, CC flooring, Screed, Reinforcement work etc,,. 9) Good ability to foster and sustain strong client relationships. RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:-

External development, Cooling tower

Lift shafts

Office floors

Waterproofing (Terrace & Retaining wall)

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:-

Project Value:Rs 2900 Cr

1) Handling of Batching plant for production of about 800 cum per day. 2) Planning for material, operation and Reconciliation of material. 3) Delivery of the Project within the planned targets (schedule, cost, safety, quality, etc.). 4) Participation in Project Discussion.

5) Execute for Block work, Internal and External Plastering, Painting work, waterproofing works, IPS flooring, and External area Screed Concrete, Dry wall stone cladding 6) Certification of S/C Bills, Maintain all document (Check list, BBS, Rfi’s). 7) BBS preparation, cutting bending, delivery to site, etc. RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:-

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:-

IITH Package-3A / Phase-II

Project Value:Rs 865 Cr.

1) Testing of various Construction Materials in Laboratory and soil tests as per Inspection Test Plan

(ITP) & IS Codes.

2) Batching Plant Concrete Productions and maintain the documents and test reports. 3) Analyzing quality of Civil works at site before, during & after completion of Works. 4) Testing the quality of concrete

5) Monitoring and verifying the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive action. 6) Monitoring & identifying daily site quality problem / carrying out inspections. 7) Monitoring quality work of Civil & Structural works. 8) Work closely with PMC and Execution teams to solve problems and achieve high quality work in a collaborative manner.

9) Attending weekly and monthly quality meetings with PMC & contractors. 10) Issuing Non Conformity Report (NCR) to contractor if the quality of work deviates at site. 11) Setting up and enforcing processes and best practice to achieve best quality RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:-
