• Process material submittal, method of statement and sub-contractor approval request

• Carry out contract reviews and implementation of method of statements of various contractors

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and highly efficient process and quality control systems

• Direct inspection and testing procedures of work and analyze quality concerns identified, ensure that corrective actions plan is initiated and monitored and management appraised of significant quality issues and progress

• Guide the preparation of detailed reports on site, progress, status and quality in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Full quality induction workshops, Audit training to full SITE TEAM, successful close out of client /External audits

• Supervise the civil construction works of the assigned site as per approved drawings and materials to ensure execution of civil works in line with project specification and scope of works.

• Following with authorities for obtaining the NOCs and other coordination as per the NOC flow chart schedule

• Review and release the contractor’s submittals such as shop drawing, method of statement-qualification and other technical documents in line with contract drawings & specifications
