Implemented a site wide lean initiative. Some tools being used: VSM (value stream mapping), 5S, cell design, TPM (total preventive maintenance).

Lead a quality initiative. Worked on keeping ISO 9001 certification, introduced weekly quality meetings, tracked NCR’s, created new procedures to improve productivity.

Lead the health and safety initiative. Some training included but not limited to fall arrest training, crane training, forklift training to name a few.

Leaded the supply chain team to ensure materials are on time and pricing are within our quoted price list.

Work closely with our top 10 suppliers from around the world to ensure quality, delivery, and costs are inline.

Introduced employee engagement by creating a system to engage employees at all levels of the organization. Standardized key processes which increased employee engagement by 60%.

Created and improved the manufacturing operational standards to ensure proper deployment of resources, training and appropriate production planning to exceed company standards.

Created a quality/process manual for ISO 9001 & 13485. Done so to increase sales and to standardize processes to ensure processes are followed.

Standardized and improved the factory from incoming receiving to shipping by applying lean six sigma methodologies. Some tools used: VSM, cell design, process mapping, 5S, SMED, PFEP…

Created an RMA process to track the amount of failures on the field. Also created a process to analysis the failures and to improve internal processes to reduce the amount of incoming RMA’S.
