• Designed and implemented multi-component experiments while conducting personal research project during a 10-week summer fellowship. Performed vibrational and substrate-borne acoustic analysis of the invasive emerald ash borer beetle to address research question. Responsible for crafting experimental design, creatively troubleshooting problems as they arose, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting a written summary of the study, with an emphasis on the research process and major findings.
