“BIO-GAS COMPRESSOR AND BOTTLING”

Biogas which is clean and environmental friendly fuel as one of the potential alternative fuels. Biogas is an appropriate alternative to the traditional solid and gaseous cooking fuels used by developing rural communities.

But its commercial use has never been realized due to difficulties in its storage. Solution identified to problem is to increase the energy density of the gas Without an appropriate method of compression, the gas remains of a large volume and it is very difficult for transport and storage. The aim of the project is to design a system to compress and store the biogas in such a way that it will be suitable for cooking gas in rural communities.
