"gatekeeper" and "gateway" role to the GCEO's time and office. 5). Communicate directly, and on behalf of the GCEO, with Board members and executives of other subsidiaries.

6). Research, prioritize and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to the GCEO, including those of sensitive or confidential nature.

7). Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the GCEOs office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

8). Work closely and effectively with the GCEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and following up appropriately. Having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the GCEO updated. 9). Prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on task to successful completion.

10). Organizing GCEOs needs both in and out of office and assisting with coordination of meetings when needed (Internal/External)
