Description:
PCF application is the software that captures different loan processing details from different documents. The captured details will be processed at different stages and stored in the database. Home Loan Documents will get scanned to a image (TIF) format at PCF Imaging Plant, these scanned images will be faxed and/or uploaded from originating offices to PCF Application for a indexer to process or classify the images to a specific Doc Type/category. The Process begins when a document is faxed, scanned, or uploaded from an originating office to the Captiva program. Documents are sent from originating offices dealing with underwriting support for the Consumer Markets Division (CMD) and the Whole Sale Lending Division (WLD). Processing documents is to identify the image accurately and placing them under a particular Doc Type (270 Doc Types). If the Image documents are not accurately identified, it delays the loan approval cycle. PCF Sorting application was a successful product, which helped client to stop paying maximum rental amount to the 3rd party provider for Captiva.
Project Key Skills:
I have Sound knowledge of Profit and loss statement,Paystub,Tax Return, Bank Statement, Loan Modification's Agreement, Note, Deed of Trust, Mortgage,ect,,.
I am also well knowledge in Senior Processor
Roles & Responsibility:
●To deliver the loans with 100% of quality and Complete the loans with in the Turn Around Time(TAT)
●Understanding scientific rationale and technical issues associated with the project and solve the issues ASAP.
● Responsible for organizing, facilitating and ensuring follow-up action on issues raised by the customer.
●Generate the reports and files for Internal tracking purpose.
●Update the Keying knowledge based on the new updates received from the Client.
●Focus on the queues to clear the volumes as much as possible.
●Based on the Quality team inputs we have to strengthen the process to avoid the defects.
