Job Description:

• Construction Related. Check listing specifications of structural design, necessary functional details as well as aesthetics, essential equipment - power, plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning and furniture allocation.

• Operation and Maintenance. All building essential whether critical like Generator, UPS, Main Server etc., non-critical like architectural designed lighting fixture, motorized venetian blinds etc. and fire/life safety like FM 200, FDAS System, Pre-Action sprinkler system etc. Also handles a team of multi-skilled technician consist of 5 members that support the site in emergency situation and scheduled maintenance activity.

• Project Management. This applies to those tasks which will suffice the capital expenses of clients. Starts at evaluating competitive contractors that will perform the materialization of the project. Then planning, consultation, supervision of construction, alteration of plan, evaluation, securing of warranty until maintenance handover.

• Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity. Provision on safety, health and environment of the business physical infrastructure.
