Supervise assigned crew to insure work is
performed in a safe and productive manner.
Maintain work levels to be in compliance with
the client, legal, government, and company
guidelines and policies.

Plan the meals and insure the quality and
timeliness of the meals being served. Is
responsible for the preparation of the daytime
tower meals and will insure the quality and
preparation of night tower meal and bakery
items.
Maintain proper rotation of product being sent
to the vessel to ensure freshness and reduce
losses.
