Auditing the sewing line garments with the quality requirements like SPI, Stitch tension, construction, which all are check against with buyer requirement & samples

Following & Educating to workers about Needle system, Sewing M/c maintenance, Floor maintenance, Fire extinguish safety issues. Etc.

Improve line efficiency with quality wise & reduce rework and rejection %

Responsible for applying the quality reports, Garment measurement report, Washing & Button pull Test report.

Responsible for tackling customer complaints, in co ordinate with the merch & Quality team.

Conduct the pre production meeting with factory people & furnished about that history of style.

Fabric inspection, Pattern checking, Cutting audit, cut panel inspection with file the report.

Inspected the goods against with Accepted quality level as per buyer requirement.

Improving Quality & Productivity in manufacturing.

Follow up once order confirmed from client, cutting to dispatch is our responsibility
