Responsibilities

My role in the project started as a team member at offshore and currently working as a Lead MAINFRAME Developer/SME for applications – Leverage, LifeComm & Vantage-One, handling a total of 9 resources.

Technical Responsibilities:

Modify the functionality of CSC proprietary products as per Client needs.

Apply specialize knowledge to conceptualize design, develop programs for projects or enhancements to existing systems ensuring developed programs and deliverables meet defined quality standards

Worked as on various development projects related to Policy Fund Values and Unit allocation, Loan processing, Premium and Tax calculations, COI processing, Policy Claim, Grace-Lapse and Policy Surrender.

Assists in requirement gathering, creation of high-level designs with business analysts and participate in design walkthroughs.

Create test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs and conduct unit testing, system testing and regression testing to validate the code modifications.

Demonstrates solutions by developing technical documentation, program code, write technical specifications for programs of moderate to high complexity and prepare documentation to change existing programs.

Plan and assist in migration of code between different environments and participate in production implementations.
