STATION DRILLING SPINDLE

Project Description: In this project, we have proposed a concept of multi purpose machine mainly employed for production based industries. The proposed machine can perform multiple drilling operations using a multi-head drill spindle. Implementing this project we need to add 3 extra spindles to the existing shaft which helps the operator to drill 3 holes at a time resulting in high efficiency, consumes less space and is economical .The changes made are only to the fixtures where a different spindle is mounted. It requires a larger work bench. The output will always be on the higher side as 3 drills are simultaneously done.
