Company profile: It is an integrated SS steel plant. It have Ferrochrome plant, Power plant, Coke oven, H.S.M,C.R.M,PFS,SMS,2x600 MT & 2x63.5 MT Propane,4x10 Ammonia, 20 KL Nitrogen Gases Handling Plant etc.

2) Company: SMC POWER GENERATION LIMITED, Jharsuguda.

Duration: 9th Jan.’ 2008 to 31st Mar. 2010.

Designation: Junior Engineer.

Duration: 1st April. 2010 to 20th April.2011.

Designation: Ass. Engineer.

Company Profile: (2 X 350 TPD)

SMCPGL is an integrated steel plant. Company basically produces sponge iron, TMT rods, 33MW power plant and billets.

3) Company: ENDURANCE PVT LTD. Pune, Maharashtra.

Duration: 4th July 2007 to 13th Dec. 2007.

Designation: Operating Engineer in CNC machine shop.

Company profile: ENDURANCE TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD(ALLOY WHEEL DIV.). Company Situated at Chakan, Pune . ENDURANCEGROUP has one of automobile vendor plants in INDIA. Manufacturing of alloy wheel for YAMAHA and BAJAJ AUTO LTD etc.

Responsibilities (present):

To look after entire the water treatment plant and Gas plant (Propane, Ammonia & Nitrogen) Operation & Maintenance of relative machinery equipments and take preventive & breakdown maintenance steps as required for the plant. Handle the manpower in shift quite effectively and report daily work done to the Mechanical AGM. Also check current stocks of necessary equipments and indenting them as requirement.

JOBS DONE:

1.To look after the Operation & maintenance of Water treatment plant, Propane, Nitrogen, Ammonia gas handling plant throw out the plant .

2.Good knowledge of vaporizer(steam operated) O & M,

3.Good knowledge of Pressure regulating system.

4.Preventive maintenance of Reciprocating compressor(Vapor Propane/Ammonia), Vane pump (Liquid propane Pumping).

5.Good knowledge of Cathodic Protection System of Propane Bullet.

6.To look after the Central Fire Fighting Pump House O & M.

7.Maintenance of screw compressor (ELGI) & lobe compressor (USHA).

8.Good knowledge about lubrication of Various Equipments.

9.Good knowledge in alignment work i.e. fans, gearbox & pumps with using dial gauge and master label.

10.Good knowledge about Spare Management Gas and Water section.

11.Changed the bearing and screen cloth of vibrating screen.

12.Good command in maintenance of drum type magnetic separator.

13.Check bearing of kiln & cooler support roller and thrust roller.

14.Maintenance of hydraulic power pack.

15.CNC machine operating, tool setting and maintenance.

16. Maintenance of gearbox, DP valve, centrifugal pump and multistage pump.

17.Changed shell air fan, air tube and feed tube of kiln.
