Duties &Responsibilities :

All Electrical Low and Medium voltage installation works, which were being

carried out as per BOQ, Specification and Material Approval.

Design,Planning and Execution of electrical works such as low voltage power

system lighting, low current, Earthing and lighting protection system, voice

excavation system, fire alarm system, central DC battery system, Public address

system, Master clock system as per approved shop drawings and internal

standards.

LV Switchgear substation,Installations of MDB,SMDB, distribution boards,

lighting panels, lighting fixtures & lighting (indoor and outdoor plant lights)

,Termination into Panel Boards.

Preparing Load Schedule for Electrical Loads for New Projects and prepares all the

documents required by Government Authority to take the approval for the related

works.

Preparing work shop drawing for all Electrical Works.

Preparations of MS (method of statement) for various electrical works.

Taking quantity for multi story high rise building and residential villas for

Electrical, Fire alarm works for material requirement and cost variation purpose.

Installation of Electrical system (Internal + External), Decorative Light fixtures,

Power receptacles, Cable routing, MDB/SMDB Panel Board, ATS Panels,

Addressable Fire Alarm system, Security system (CCTV and Access Control),

PA(Public Address) System, and Building Management system, Audio Video

system, UPS System, Computer Networks(Fiber Optic Cables), TV & Telephone

network, Lightning Protection system, LV Switchgear (SMDB,MCC...).

Installation of all electrical works was carried out as per approved shop

drawings ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per standards.

Inspection of electrical material and work completion with the consultant.

Hand on experience with various Authorities like DEWA,ADDC, NAKHEEL etc

Follow the method of statement for testing and commissioning from the supplier.

Planning and Execution on the electrical side for MEP projects closely

monitoring the construction activities, attending weekly and monthly progress

meeting at site with other engineers, consultant, client and contractor and

maintained Weekly status reports.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Architect Engineers, Discuss technical

aspects of electrical system with contractor towards successful completion of

project.

Submission of O&M Manuals, As Built drawings and test report based on the

contract.

Follow the Testing and Commissioning for the Consultant and Authority Approval.

Duties &Responsibilities :

1 Year 4 Months of Experience in the Electrical Consultant as a

Electrical site Inspector.

Supervision & monitoring of works in accordance with project specification and

approved drawings and reporting any non conformance to the Resident

Engineer.

Review the shop drawings, construction details, materials samples, inspection

plans, method statement, and delivery schedules to confirm compliance with

safety requirements as per standards.

Preparation & Reviewing of procedures /ITP/QCPs for inspection and providing

to the project team as regards QA/QC requirements.

Installation of all electrical works was carried out as per approved shop

drawings ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per standards.

Carry out the wiring inspection all types of light, power, ELV, Fire alarm

Emergency lighting system cables follow as per wiring drawing and standards.

Installation inspection of transformers & switchgears as per location drawing.

Installation inspection of lighting Distribution panels, small power distribution

panels, MCC panels, control panels and etc as per location drawing.

Installation inspection of cable tray, routes, sizes and identification as per

location drawing.

Inspection of Earthing system as per standard Earthing drawing and also client

specification.

Installation inspection of High voltage cables, Low voltage cables and control

cables as per cable schedule and technical specification.

Check cable routes,sizes and type according to cable schedule and single line

drawing.

Perform and witnessing of MCCS IR Test, insulation resistance test &

continuity testing of cables such as power (MV/LV),Control cables.

Perform and witnessing of measuring the Earth Resistance Test of Earth Grid &

Earth.

Installation inspection all Low current system such as ELV, Fire alarm,

Emergency lighting system, PA System and follow as per location drawings and

standards.

Maintain all QA/QC records (Inspection Request, Materials & installation

inspection check sheet,test records etc) at site.

Preparing all testing reports for the client approvals.

Carry out the final inspection for certification of the completion and handing

over the works
