Once the short listing is done and the interviews are scheduled, the panels are set on the basis of the experience and knowledge of the candidates. This involves a lot of co-ordination with the prospective interviewers.

Fitment and offer:

Once the interviews are over and the decisions are taken, the fitment of the selected candidates are done and the papers are sent for making and sending offers.
