Currently working in Youngshin Motherson Auto Tech Ltd. (Motherson Group) as a SCM and logistics role for 4 months. My Roles and Responsibilities are listed below.

Main Project: “Customer Satisfaction on online shopping during Covid-19 pandemic, with regard to e-commerce industry” for a period of 3 month from June 2020 to August 2020. The objective is to study the customer satisfaction level of online shopping and to study the relationships between the online shopping and customer satisfaction during Covid -19. Summer Internship: Done an internship at SANCO trans LTD in Chennai for a period one month.

The objective is to study the services to the EX-IM trade by way of handling and processing their valuable goods which are well established in the following areas such as Transport / Heavy Equipment, Warehousing & Distribution and Public Bonded Warehouse Mini Project 1:
