• Processed billing & expense reports on a monthly basis, and transmitted this information to East Cleveland School Board I-T department manager and Xerox management.
• Provide inventory control counts to ensure that ample supplies are on hand for all copy machines within the school district.

• Responsibilities included shipping computer peripherals to Progressives field insurance agents, and all of their corporate offices.
• Utilized Progressives intranet to monitor the shipping queue for orders that are time sensitive in instances where field agents and corporate offices needed supplies to provide for new employees.
• Problem management with existing equipment. Expediting of orders using the UPS/FedEx shipping system.
