VALVES:

My job responsibilities of overhauled, maintenance of pressure relieving devices such as safety relief valve, vacuum valve etcI have been troubleshooting and diagnosed the automatic pressure relieving devices different makes and sizes in high-pressure area.

Ball valves (top entry, side entry, three piece type) gate valves, butterfly valves, non-return valves, wellhead choke valves, Orbit valves and its actuators different types and different makes to overhauled and replaced damaged parts and overhauled its all type of actuators, replaced parts and tested

Control valves like flow control valves, pressure control valves, level control valve, Temperature control valves, rotary stem valves, Fisher, Ball type, valtek, orbit valves, overhauling, replaced parts and tested as per procedure. Overhauled, tested and adjust the valve desire position.

FOLLOWING WORKS ARE CARRIED OUT:

Maintenance and Installation of Centrifugal Pumps, Pumps, Sewage Pumps, I have good knowledge for pump PPM

KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY EQUIPMENTS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

HS monitor, gas detector, Familiar with all safety systems in the plant like Emergency shutdown, Fire & Gas Sirens, abandon Alarms, and well knowledge of using Dry Powder extinguisher, Co2Extinguisher, Fire Foam, Fire hydrant,,Eye washer and Breathing apparatus etc..,

Operating dry chemical powder, CO2 extinguisher, water sprinkler system, fusible plugs, develop valve operation, fire monitor and fire hydrant operation, fire and gas panel (Pyrotronics) automatic manually release system. Fire and gas detectors. Flare fuel gas system and water seal system etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Routine checking of all plant static equipment

like pumps, and vessels.

Doing field mechanical jobs as per instruction of higher authority.

Keep all work permit like Hot and Cold work permit doing

the job for safe work.

Involve job in field equipment maintenance

Maintain good Housekeeping.

Initiate and lead fire fighting or other emergency actions in area until it is taken

Ability to work closely with a diverse multi-national work force.

A high degree of safety awareness over by a higher authority. Assisting the preparation of pressure of vessels for inspection/maintenance.

Assist in carrying out the routine weekly run tests of equipment like emergency diesel generator, diesel and electrical fire pumps, etc Monitors and controls all activities within area of responsibility are conforming toSE standards and guide linseed by the company. Monitoring controlling the process parameters of all production facilities and taking corrective actions as ad when required.
