Job Profile as a Trainee Engineer:

Taking care of production of all kind of automobile spares and parts.

Know well about CNC, VMC Fanuc series machine.

Taking a CNC setting for new components to machining.

Responsible to prepare work instructions, standard operating procedure for production and checklist.

Know well about operating CNC, VMC, HMC and Milling machine.

Responsible to Resetting and reducing cycle time,

Know well about cad drawing study and quality methods,

Know about seven quality tools for using to development the quality. Job Profile as a Tooling in charge:

Monitoring Cycle time for all process and optimize to get maximum output by reducing waste.

Having the Product & Process Knowledge.

Working knowledge in LEAN (KAIZEN, 5S).

Involved in 5S implementation.

Additional responsibilities:

Participating in technical discussion with various suppliers on trial inserts and tools.

Participating in daily Production planning meeting.

Initiate cost reduction and alternate sourcing for tools.

Active member in 5S & TPM.
