Maintained strong fiscal responsibility through financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong relationship developed with union and organization, negotiating three collective bargaining agreements and remaining grievance free. Work closely with board of trustees to set organizational strategies. Biggest achievement during tenure:

Successfully raised $5.5 million for capital campaign and oversaw subsequent construction of 22,000 square foot facility.
