ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Prepare the requirement of resources for the assigned task and convey project manager for their availability to achieve construction schedule

Coordinate all activity on site and ensure to accomplish as per Project Schedule.

Provide all required reports/ input to Planning, Cost Control Department and to Management.

Ensure to arrange plant, equipment etc. with coordination with concerned department required for achieving construction progress.

Ensure to provide Supervisor/ Foreman have all required information to execute the work on site

(approved Shop Drawings Method Statement, etc.) and ensure to implement the same.

Make sure that the Safety requirements are implemented in Site.

Monitoring all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the Quality of the work is as per approved drawing/ specification and is completed on time.

Review of short-term planning and advising the Project Manager on any problems.

Material and equipment management on site.

Review method statement, technical submittal etc. before submission to Consultant.

Highlight and inform any additional work to Quantity Surveyor.

Monitor the procurement schedule and coordinate with purchase department and store on delivery of materials

Ensure QA/QC procedures / checklists are being carried out and proper records are generated, ensuring quality records (inspection and test certificates) are as per project requirements.

Follow up the progress of Sub-Contractors in site

Coordinate with QS in preparation monthly invoice, sub-contractor payment certificate and CTC.

Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

Ensure QA procedures/checklists are being carried out and ensure quality in Site Works.

Monitor Site progress and provide technical support to Project Team.

Review/prepare daily orders for asphalt/wet mix/concrete etc.

Ensure all types of test such as F.D.T and concrete cubes are as per specification.
