Job Role & Responsibilities:

Detail study about Land Legal Documents and Surveying according to it.

Preparing drawings according to Government Rules and Regulations,getting approval.

Scheduling the total work progess,materials, manpower and machineries for the process .

Site clearance,Marking,Excavation work according to drawings and guiding labours to get a proper earthwork.Making Bore well for the site water usage.

Placing order of material for construction work.

Supervising and guiding for the whole frame structures,barbending,shuttering and concrete works.

Taking whole responsibility for QA/QC for allover frame structures, making slump cone test and concrete cubes for quality control test.Taken more important for curing the structures.

Supervised all type of brickwork,plastering and floor finishing works.Installing door,window frames and shutters.

Co-ordination with electrical,plumbing and painting works.

Making reports for daily work progress,arranging meeting with clients for better development in constructions and updation.

Checking the material and manpower needed for the process and making comfortable for the designated schedule.If there is a delay in process,remedial action will be taken with the management.

Ensuring and updating the safety for manpower and material.A complete importance given to the safety of work.

Monitoring and collecting the process as well as test reports for concrete work to ensure the quality assurance.

Making separate record for materials used for work,this is to compare with the estimated material.

Preparing and approving the necessary bill of materials in order to perform efficient work as per the Project schedule
