RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish the chemical analysis & salt spray test / methods for all kinds as per ISO/IS standards.

Providing service for inward to testing external labouratory tests ( Mechanical,

chemical, Rubber & Plastic testing, )

Establish salts spray and chemical composition calibrations as per international

standards for accurate results .

Initiate and review the written procedure, operating instruction, cleaning procedures etc.

Co-ordinate with other departments with respect to day to day activities and trouble shooting.

Raw material receiving & requesting.

Ensure that all activities are followed according to the written procedure & compliance to all times.

Ensure that timely completion of activities.

Day to day monitoring the lab activities and make a Daily lap report.

Verify and certify the pointage for pretreatment bath solution for painting process.

Special process auditing for taking action to prevent problem & reoccurrence . ( Zinc plating, nickel plating, hardchrome plating, Anodising, painting, powder coating )

Analyze methods to implement advanced equipment .

Arrive budget for every year and initiate to enhance the facilities .

Display and maintain the MSDS details for all chemicals at appropriate places .

Coordinating the work for 5s implementation

Actively involved in IS & ISO, EMS, OHSMS Audits .Co-ordination to Internal and External Audits.

Maintaining Safety and good House Keeping as per ISO norms.
