SMT Process Quality Engineer II, (December 2020 to Present) o Mass Production Introduction from China: For the mass production introduce, verify its production characteristics and quality status, make sure the new production goes smoothly. o Mass Production Tracking: Be responsible for process change and abnormal PCBA control, formulate precautionary measures to prevent mass production, be responsible for product quality and public praise.
- Integrating and documenting technical components for data flows, cause analysis to perform and track improvements at massive scale.
o Continuously Improve and Optimize: Continuously detect SMT fool- proofing issues and push to improve, do special projects with other SMT teams to improve quality issues, improve Quality Control teamwork capability and work method. o Talks Based on Data: Analyzing the trends of functional failures during Assembling of Mobile Units, tracking improvements over the days, months and arranging to resolve and improve the reoccurring issues.

SMT Process Quality Engineer I, (July 2019 to November 2020) o Supervision, measurement, working on feedback and statistics of all the factors (People, Machines, Materials, Method, Environment, etc.) that affect the product quality in the whole SMT Production process that is conducted according to the guidance documents such as Work Instructions, Operation Specifications, Process Documents, and Inspection standards. o Monitoring the abnormalities in the production process timely and accurately, so that the whole production process is in a good controlled state, avoiding the occurrence of a bad batch. o Take the initiatives to learn, to ensure that we always maintain high quality, high efficiency and high standards of work output, coaching new staff growth. o Ensuring the FAI (First Article Inspection) and confirmation of the SMT Patch Line resumption, Depanel, Glue Dispenser and other processes to prevent the bad batch quality and finally ensure the product quality.

Process Improvement in Wet Solder Paste Boards (PCB) and its tracking Over Assembly and Reducing Abnormalities
Project Description/ Achievements:
o Pushed to improve the process regarding washing of boards and its separate delivery to Assembly Production lines and continuous tracking to avoid any abnormality. o Reduced the DPPM due to solder ball in microphones failing at Audio Tester Station in SKD by
< 3 and thus, increased their customer efficiency and quality satisfaction.
Dummy Trap Test and Improvement in Controlling Detection Failures in SMT Project Description/ Achievements:
o Arranging to conduct the trap tests in SMT of Men, Method and SPIs, AOIs during NPI and according to the Assembly complaints and defects traceability. o Summarizing the data and analyzing the monthly trends of non- detect rate and thus, pushing the SMT AOI teams and Production to follow for improvement. o Increased the combined detection rate from 90% to 95% in year 2020.
