● Assisted Omnicom Health Group with IT related services while learning about different IT positions from current experienced employees.

● Engaged with Servers in which I was tasked with moving drop work drives from prior employees and relocating them into a specific drive for past employees (Drop Work – Share Drives). I then deleted said drives upon transfer completion.

● Learned about project management essentials and how to be an effective project manager.
● Engaged with Application Services where I used Microsoft Remote Desktop to access the server management console. I then gathered information on specific disk drives.
● Reformatted SharePoint webpages to increase efficiency and decrease the amount of time it takes for users to access data and information. Gained additional experience on how to efficiently operate SharePoint.
