I have had a rewarding adventure as a graphic designer for the past 20 years. My diverse experience and skills as a graphic designer and web designer in print and digital media design, advertising and web design/development is a coveted asset, and I want to maximize my personal and professional growth with these skills.

APRIL 2011 – JANUARY 2021

Web Designer / Kelly Services/ExxonMobil Baytown

●Created and designed numerous intranet websites for ExxonMobil companies for internal communications and data sharing, to include site designs compatible with multiple devices (iphones, tablets and desktops).

●Maintain/monitor daily uses and traffic of websites to ensure quality control.

●Maintain current knowledge of web design and ExxonMobil brand identity standards and sought implementation across all platforms when needed.

●Managed several projects from conception to completion to Redesign/update numerous websites, matching industry trends and creating new visitor interface experiences.

●Worked with the IT department to facilitate data migration of websites to more secure platforms.

I have continued to educate myself with various online learning courses for web design and development, with emphasis on PHP scripting and modern web development frameworks.

Activities

I was enlisted in the U.S. Army from July 1989 – June 1993. I received an honorable discharge from service and several commendations. I enjoy writing and painting in my spare time.
