Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitoring QA/QC Plan or Programed and Ensuring Incorporated Materials on Construction Projects are in Compliance with the Plans and Specifications.

Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.

Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.

Checking Quality Assurance and Quality Control same as in construction drawing.

Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.

Construction work checking and inspecting in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, Waterproofing, reinforcement, block.

Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

Report and Record Discrepancy, Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Requirements to the Site Engineer and Maintain Follow up Register to Close out

To coordinate inspections, Monitor and record inspection made as per the inspection and test plan and contract specification and encourage the attainment of quality requirement.

oReview/ verify NDT procedures like RT, UT, MPT, PT and NDT person’s qualifications

oFit-up/dimensional/orientation/alignment Inspection of the assembled structures according to the approved drawings

o Coating/painting inspection of the completed assembly to meet the required DFT

Processing material inspection for fire proofing of steel structure for shelters
