April 2014 – Present

Led Sunshine Project (FEED) CSA Houston team and execution offices in India & Brno and Joint Venture Partner CTCI, Inc, for project CSA Deliverables, Optimization and Project Winning Strategy. Managed contract & subcontract packages spread over USA, Mexico, Middle East & South East Asia. Modularized the main pipe rack extensively and the rack height by revising connection to knock-out drum.

Deputy/technical Lead for the Cameron LNG Project (12 MTPA) CSA team, issued 45,000 ton of Steel & 135000 CY of concrete and piling for 3 train and OSBL areas. Led CSA team for complex foundation design of 200‘ tall MCHE and steel & foundation design of 2500 ton of compressor shelter within budget and schedule. Negotiated steel contracts distributed between 4 fabricators – domestic and international. Supported fabrication yard and field services during execution of the project.

Overall Lead for LACC Ethane Cracker, issued all CSA deliverables – modular & stick–built steel, concrete & civil items, etc., within manhour budget & schedule. Achieved ~10% savings in Steel MTO and foundation/paving field manhour. Managed all relevant contracts for Steel & Concrete. Provided engineering support to fabrication & module yard and field services, during project execution.

Worked in Lena Top Side Removal Project for analysis and member removal arrangement plan.

Working in 2 LNG Proposals (confidential) and few other projects.

Unit Lead for the Wheatstone LNG Project, where major responsibilities include modular steel design of 90m X 24m X 30m Main Pipe Rack Module, Expander-Generator foundation design, Ethylene, Methane & NRU Cold Box foundation design. Worked with India office and module yard extensively, during EPC.

Area Lead for Gladstone LNG project, where major responsibilities include early design and MTO for Compressor Mat, Deck & Shelter and Propane Condenser Rack Module – each weighing 1800 MT, final steel and foundation design of Amine Rack Module, Air Filter Rack. Worked with India office and module yard extensively, during EPC.

Was responsible for BOG Compressor foundation design in Egypt LNG Project.

Responsible for design of Pipe Rack, Vertical & Horizontal Vessels & Exchanger foundations, Field Erected Tanks, Design of foundation for HRSG & Flare Stack, review of vendor drawing in Onshore Gas Development Phase III (OGD III) at Abu Dhabi, UAE & EG LNG Train 1 Project at Punta Europa, Bioko Island, Equatorial Guinea.

Responsible for design and detailing of Water Treatment Substation Building, DCCL for cooling tower basin – executed through Shanghai office, review of existing Hydrogen rack Modification – done by ABT, led Peckle for dynamic analysis of pump foundation in Gasoline Optimization Project of Petrotrin.

Responsible for E/I relocation area and north-south pipe rack in OSBL area and review of shop drawings in Wood River Core Project.

Responsible for Boiler Building Load Calculation and Floor Beam Design in Sandow Steam Electric Station Unit 5 at Texas, USA.

Worked in TVA, Watts Bar 2 project. Responsible for qualifying existing pipe support and designing new one.
