As a seasoned Network Field Engineer with over 8 years of gaining diverse technical skills and end users support in the telecommunication sector, I am applying for the IT Helpdesk/Support position. At my current company Bel Air Internet, I am valued by the executive staff as a critical pillar for the commercial network teams. My daily responsibilities include site surveying of projects, creating statements of work, installation, and troubleshooting. With good practice of due diligence and critical thinking experiences, I find myself very comfortable in resolving issues from hardware, software, and even at customer base level. I’ve worked both independently and in varying team settings, therefore adapting to different department structures comes naturally to me. I am highly motivated when it comes to problem-solving and hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to my craft. There were many challenges along my professional journey, but overcoming those obstacles are what made it possible for me to excel today. I believe that the combination of agile methodologies and my ‘remain cool under pressure’ attitude will minimize potential errors while producing efficient solutions.
