Report to the project engineer. immediately of any complaints received and to then ensure

that any remedial action are undertaken.

To maintain a daily log which details the work carried out daily and any complaints/problems

encountered.

To attend site surveys and site meetings assigned by manager for request by third parties.

To ensure that prior to any construction subcontractors have completed a risk assessment

report and understand the risk associated with the works and measures to reduce them.

Plan coordinate and attend pre-inspection and final inspection for completed works.

Organize regular inspection to ensure that all site works is being carried out correctly and

safety.

Produce completion reports, inspection checklist and other relevant documents with regards

to site works for submission to clients, as per engineer’s or manager’s requirements.

Ensure the work place health and safety regulation and procedures are complied with in full.
