Electrical Engineer (April-2019 – Present)
Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance of Packing Machines, Compressors, Pumps, Motors, conveyors, Electrical panels & security lights.
To keep line side equipment running and its peak performance with the aim of zero downtime.
Providing feedback to engineering regarding equipment spare parts requirement and arrangement.
Installation of new equipment and commissioning as and when required.
Prepare and maintain reports of site observations.
Indent purchase requisition for all the required material for routine work also for the new projects as per requirement.
Generate gate pass for outsource service and follow up accordingly.
Maintain the services reports and repairing reports of Pump rooms.
Calculate the area of flux in a particular direction as per the unit area.
Responsible for accomplishing all the tasks and preventive maintenance schedule as assigned by the senior line of reporting.
Managed teams, complaints, Dispatching, customer service, emails, and other protocol to ensure timely rectification of hazard complaints.

Shift In charge (2015-2019)
Responsibilities:
Served as the Shift In-charge for CM Depart to rectify the complaints through teams. The principal interface between customers, CM teams, installation, and other collaborative partnerships. Provided direct support to Teams in all internal and external contract parameters. Managed complaints.
Manage attendance, shift and arrange team’s formation as per duty roaster.
Arrange material requirements via SAP and dispatch teams.
Interact with field teams during the shift for normalizing of individual complaints and handover the team to shift In-charge for 11 KV operations or any activity in a substation, O/H of feeders.
Gather information of complaints from 118 Coordinator and actions against emergency complaints.
Updating the shutdown/outages on SAP / NSIS.
Dispatch team if the area is OFF due to feeders’ trip; load zero or any other activity in progress to be confirmed from Shift In charge. Call customer to confirm the restoration after normalization of the area and dispatch team if yet affected.
Inform back 118 Coordinator for timely closure of tickets after confirmation from a customer or intimate AE AOC/shift in charge for forwarding the job to the concerned department after taking remarks from field teams.
Manage teams, complaints, Dispatching, customer service, emails, and other protocol to ensure timely rectification of hazard complaints.
Coordinated and developed Self-Assessment schedules with Environmental Safety, Quality, Managers, and employees.
Ensured surveillance, audits, appraisals were conducted regularly to assess compliance with applicable procedures, directives, and orders with environmental health & safety considerations and maintained an efficient records system.
