Project Manager at Katz stain-less group, 2020 – present
• Manage project schedule of production, budget and profit, engineering and QS (Quantity Surveyor) of IP
(Interface plate) manufacture for Intel’s tool install project.
• Work out supply chain issues, procedures and processes.
• Create and implementing various quality management processes and procedures in house.
• Actively participate in management meetings to discuss HR, structure, expansion and other company matters.
• Work together with business development to expand our client pool. Project Engineer at USACE (USA Corps of Engineers), 2017 – 2020:
• Administered contract of 70M$ multi-disciplinary project conducted by American contractor.
• Conducted QA of mechanical and electrical disciplines including HVAC systems, process piping elements and structural steel construction including civil works.
• Managed and processed payments, schedule progress follow up and monitoring, was responsible for changes and modification process including negotiations and cost analysis.
• Coordinated design consultants, inspection unit and customer in order to meet contract requirements.
• Served as a CDSO (Collateral Duty Safety Officer) who was responsible to enforce project safety according to EM 385-1-1 USACE manual and Israeli safety law and regulations. Took actions for reporting to the organizational EHS government department.

• Managed annual major (250K$) maintenance contract of lifting mechanisms including bridge and gantry type cranes and monorails.
• Created planned maintenance schedule for 176 cranes including renovation activities with complex dismantle and assemble procedures. Resolved unplanned faults and repairs of cranes and mechanisms.
• Coordinated periodic inspections of 2000 lifting accessories and instruments.
• Managed annual planned maintenance contract of 20 industrial ALIMAK elevators and 11 MRL (Machine Room Less) passenger elevators.
• Managed NG (Natural Gas) and LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) infrastructures maintenance contract according to DVGW standard and local regulation.
