a) JSPL is one of the global leaders in steel & power domain, had commissioned 4 x 250 MW thermal power plant. b) Working on 2 x 660 MW- STPP, is in completion stage by 2011, attending heavy structural fabrication & erection, installation of BTG-BHEL package, ESP, CHP, BOP, DM plant, AHP, pressure parts, piping and auxiliaries including civil work. c) Simultaneously coordinating Design & installation of Pre- fabrication plant of CNC (fully mechanized) cutting, welding, drilling, sand blasting & painting of heavy structural for super thermal power plant with capacity of 80 K metric ton/ anum.

PRATHIBHA PIPES & STRUCTURAL LTD- MUMBAI- 1983-92 Worked as Project manager

l) Large diameter pipes & structural fabrication with automatic welding facility for BMC/ CIDCO infrastructure project of Drinking water transmission and distribution with water treatment plant 118 MLD, OHSR, TELEMETRY, SCADA station, rail & under water crossings, Electrical substation & tower structural, & stringing. Coordinated with all authorities.

Managerial skill: Finalization of contractual obligations (FIDIC), gather certificate, Noc's, labour license, DLO clearance. Observing quality management system, maintaining relevant records, observing and monitoring safety and environmental procedures throughout the construction at all stages. Arrange weekly review meeting and discuss planning and schedule collect approval for material if any from client and consultant for smooth running of project. Monitoring progress of work/DPR process bill follow up, realization and receipt.

Preparation of construction drawings, study specification, BOQ update.

Submission and follow up with government department for project approval.

Develop design and BOQ, float tender, and negotiate with contractor and award of work.

Discussion with client and contractor for effective project implementation.

Checking shop drawing and material submittals, maintaining quality and standard of work.

To oversee the completion of project within the estimated budget and period.
