Responsible for doing inspection of materials dispatched to site are maintained specified quality mentioned in approved shop drawing.

Responsible to get all materials MIR to cross checked with client to get approval for erection.

Responsible to get check the bracket fixing stage to finishing stage of all activities are maintained as per specified quality, specification and erection are done.

All materials like anchor pullout test, structural sealant bonding test,profile and bracket coating are checking as per approved shop drawing.

Final handing over stage all snag list mentioned by client or PMC are to cleared and proper documentation done.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation of RFI from the architect for drafting preparation of elevation, part-elevation and typical detail drawing.

After structural calculation done for each glass unit, mullion, transom and other fabrication items and fasteners etc. used for different systems and typical detail.

Executed quantity to be checked sequence as per semi-unitized, unitized and spider glazing systems approved fabrication drawing.

Mock up check to be done with client and vendor for performance of Curtain wall under specified wind, rain and seismic load as per project location in codes.

Factory,inspection for glass, fabrication and site will be done periodically from bracket fixing to final fixing are follows as per approved shop drawing along with that materials at site are as per approved make and its coating, hardness for gasketetc.

Monitoring site activities from foundation to finishing works are carried out without any deviations from approved cost and design.

Site issue to monitoring and prepare an report weekly based report to gm. Any critical issues are communicated to rectify or alternate solution.

Maintaining maintenance team record day to day along with rectification and modification done to the customer are noted and reported.

Responsibilities:

Preparing of shop drawing as per site conditions and site survey reports of unitized system.

After client approval of shop drawing and materials along with coating confirmation RFP will be listed from grid tongued panels.

After receiving materials at site quality inspection will be done with client and reported for erection.

Fabrication sequence from elevation drawing from ground floor to top floor wherever façade requirement.

Anchor pullout test, M.S bracket microns, Panel to panel fixing alignment to be checked for vertical and horizontal fixing of Male, female mullion and head,sill transom and stack joint.
