Responsible for MB USA’s 5 U.S. Distribution Centers with annual revenue of $1 billion. Opened new DC in Jacksonville FL. Decoupled from Chrysler DC’s in Orlando FL and Fontana CA. Full P&L responsibilities. Achieved #1 in Carlisle annual Parts Manager’s survey.

GENERAL MANAGER, penske logistics
Lead the West Coast integration of warehousing, logistics and home delivery with Whirlpool’s purchase of Maytag. Developed and implemented activity based pay for home installers turning money losing department’s into profit makers. This model was implemented nation wide.
