Dear Hiring Manager,

I would like to express my interest with working in the Intelligence Community (IC). Throughout my life, I have admired the challenges and issues that pertain to Intelligence Analysis; along with the goal of implementing useful information to support the decision-making process of the task at hand. My education at York College of Pennsylvania as an Intelligence Analysis major and following through with a Business Administration minor has provided me with education and knowledge that will be important for the utilization of skills in the workforce. I am confident that this position will compliment my own personal goals and values, as I am interested in Intelligence Analysis as it can be a lengthy process in the operations of an agency. Building mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues is a goal that I strive to achieve, should I be selected for this position. I have been interested in the process of Intelligence Analysis within their respective government agencies for as long as I can remember, thus leading me to explore my passion.

Evidence of my leadership, analytical skills, and hardworking attitude can be noticed in my responsibilities that I uphold, such as commitment to the rigorous academics of York College of Pennsylvania, and my recent role as an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the York College wrestling team. Throughout College athletics have increasingly played a role in my life to teach me about self-motivation, teamwork, and various life lessons. My experiences and accomplishments in athletics, and academics make me a valuable addition to each government agency as they are notably acknowledged for being the best the world can offer. As stated on my resume, my related experiences have provided me opportunities to advance in the retail environment and be recognized by a government agency (The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). My strong academic history provides me with excellent quantitative and deductive reasoning skills to be applied in the workforce.
