Production Technologist at Operations Department
• Responsible for all Workover Programs and the Initial completion for the new drilled wells
• Responsible for Following up the execution of the operations on rig to reduce any downtime.
• Responsible for Sending all Call out faxes to all service companies to each job, follow up and coordinate arrival timing as per work program and Ensured all service companies (equipment and Personnel) arrival on location with all needed permits on time as per work program to make sure of smooth running of the operations on rig.
• Review Technical Invoices as per contract within the approval cycle to make use of the early payment discount if applicable.
• Issuing scope of work for market surveys and tenders. Review and evaluate the technical and commercial offers.
• Perform and Issue failure analysis figures on Monthly basis for both downhole and surface problems with recommended actions to reduce failures frequency to be less than 60 failures per year.
• Issue Monthly Production Compare reports for all assets up to date in order to follow up the production and delivery to monitor the discrepancy and shipping figures and compare against the budgeted Production and Delivery figures, in addition to the Closing Stocks of all areas as per received sales invoices for all areas.
• Responsible for Weekly differed production for all areas to monitor production differed, sent Weekly Shipping Report for ERQ in order to follow up shipping figures, Sent Workover list on weekly basis for archiving the WO data and easy follow up, Sent Weekly operations Report to the Top management including Production volumes against Budgeted Production, delivery figures, losses due to downtime, Discrepancy, Budget Achievement in addition to the major Activities in Each asset.
• Help in preparing Monthly Operations Management Presentation. From August 2017 – To August 2018
