Handling Preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant equipments & Utilities.

Implementing the Kaizens related to elimination of Breakdown and Energy saving and safety oriented

Ensuring the safety in the Work Place and plant premises

Identifying the root cause for Accident and Analysis and Implementing the Kaizen, OPL for preventing the recurrence

Identifying the Unsafe Condition and Unsafe Activities by conducting the safety patrol and eliminating the same through Kaizen, OPL, POKO - YOKE

Conducting the Safety Awareness Programs and Safety Committee Meeting In Projects:

Monitoring of civil constructions of the plant building and premises

Ensure timely completion of engineering activities for timely completion of projects.

Co-ordination with the engineering consultants.

Preparation of BOM as per the requirement and raise the Purchase request and ensure the quality of inward material as per spec.

Ensure the Pipeline Alignment and Quality of the Work. Statutory:

Carry out the Boiler inspection every year and getting the certificate from Inspectorate of Boilers.

Submission of FORM 1 to PCB Every Month

Maintaining the FORM 3 for Hazardous waste Storage.

Handling the Hazardous waste Disposal as per the PCB Norms and submitting the FORM 10.

Submitting the FORM – IV and FORM V to TNPCB Every Year

Monitoring the AAQ, IAQ, STACK as per TNPCB Norms and submitting the Results to TNPCB – monthly.

Monitoring the Bore well & Drinking Water Quality

Co- ordination with Superior for getting the Consent order for Water, Air from TNPCB

Carryout the inspection of Lifting equipments, Material Handling equipments, Lifts, Tools & Tackles, safety equipments, presses and getting the certificates from Competent Person.

Co-ordinating with Service provider for Fire Extinguisher Refilling and Servicing. Others:
