As a Tech & Sales guide, I provided support to small business owners and entrepreneurs through the variety of online products provided by GoDaddy. Each call resulted in a full analysis of the customer’s account and led to product/service recommendations.
Maricopa County Home Shows — Account/ Sales Manager April 2019 - PRESENT
This is a 5-person team working to sell and manage events 5 times a year, for different vendors who exhibit at the show. As an account manager I am responsible for over 200 accounts per show as well as the 30,000 - 70,000 attendees who attend the show. During Show days at the venue, my team was responsible for 600-800 vendors at venues such as The Arizona State Fairgrounds, State Farm Stadium, and Westworld of Scottsdale. During the week event, I was in charge of moving vendors into the building with their displays & marketing material in a timely and organized manner in preparation for the 3 -day event. At which I was responsible for thousands of attendees providing assistance navigating the show, providing support throughout the event, ensuring the event was smooth and enjoyable for the attendees and the vendors. Even in a COVID-19 atmosphere, I helped assist the team to provide a safe show with mask wearing of every individual, regulating all safety procedures were being met all while having had a successful event. Sheraton Grand Phoenix, Phoenix — Lead Concierge and Server March 2015 - July 2018
I started off my time at the Sheraton Grand by being an AM server for the restaurant on property. My duties were to provide excellent service to each guest who came in to dine. I was then later promoted to be the Lead Concierge position where I would assist guests on a daily basis.
