I had interned in Chevrolet service department where my duties includedn general servicing, troubleshooting and repair Chevrolet vehicles.

PROJECTS

Power generation from wheel axle- (2016)

Our project was to produce power from the rotational motion of wheel axle of automobiles and use it to charge the battery. It can be used as an alternative way to generate power in vehicles.

Motocross bike - (2017)

A 50cc TVS xl engine was taken and bored to 60cc. And the entire chassis, suspension and exhaust system were modified to suit off-road driving condition.

Robocon - (2018-19)

Two robots were made solving the problem statement of 2018 robocon. A manually operated omni directional robot with function of pick and throw and an automatic robot with Chebyshev lambda walking mechanism that can cross the given obstacles was developed.

Direct Metal Deposition (Powder feed system) - (2020-21)

Currently working on design and development of powder feed system consisting of a fluidizer, rotary vane feed and continuous co-axial nozzle for laser direct metal deposition. We have completed design, simulation, mathematical model and we are currently in experimental validation stage.

Fabyard- (2020)

Fabyard is a TEQUIP sponsored lab with advance machineries created to do industrial and personal projects. My role in fabyard was to design and produce the jobs using laser engraving machines for the customer requirements.
