Update the Project Manager of order progression. Expected delays and impact this will have on the project after consultation with the construction manager and project planning. suggest remedial action and identify the relevant cost. Maintain records reflecting summary of vendor contacts, progress expediting visits, inspection and expediting reports, order completion status. Advise vendor with invoicing instructions in line with the purchase order terms and conditions. Verify vendor invoices for payment against progress milestones.
