●Technical knowledge and work experience in Operation and Maintenance of automated Blow Molding Machineries, Printing Machineries, Extrusion Machineries and Labeling Machineries. Able to fixed Mold Setter, changeover of different variant Products. Able to repair Gear Box, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Conveyor, Hopper, Leak Tester, Granulator and Extruder and etc.

●Maintained good manufacturing processes within the company premises, through the involvement of all the team members and proper coordination with the immediate Superiors.

●Responsible in conducting research, development and testing of the new products or materials in the Production Line.

●Conducted monthly preventative maintenance on Machineries and facilities to ensure smooth and optimal operation.

●Ensure good working condition all the Machines so that accepted standards of productivity and quality are attained at all times.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

●In-charge and Responsible for the Operation of proper set-up and start-up of Machines and Equipments such as Tongda, Bekum, BBm, KEB Kautex. Responsible in troubleshooting and Maintenance of Mechanical and Technical trouble of the Machines. Troubleshoot in the operational running adjustment of quality problem.

●Additional skills: Multi skilled Technician, Welder/ Fitter, Fabrication, Forklift operator, and Driving with License.
