Community Integration program where I managed a caseload of 20-30 clients as part of a multidisciplinary team, focused on helping patients continue their psychiatric treatment and recovery while engaging back into “real life”. Assisted patients with identifying and obtaining meaningful roles, which included gainful employment, being successful in school, and/or volunteering in the local Houston community. Provided instruction to clients using individual and group therapy on ways to maintain treatment progress, independent living skills, therapeutic skills, and overall engagement. Therapeutic modalities used in individual and group sessions included third-wave behavioral therapies, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Mentalizing, Social Skills, Psychodrama, Process group, and other evidence-based therapies.

●Developed protocols and modalities to streamflow and help clients with keeping track of their job and school applications that are still being used at the program currently.
