I am an experienced hands-on certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) and Agile transformation agent with five years of experience managing small/large complex Healthcare/Finance software development and data analytics projects. • I started the first Sprints for all teams on a project by creating slides decks on methods on how to facilitate all SAFe Scrum ceremonies with instructions on how and what facilitating Agile tools to use.

• Plan, organize and facilitate all Agile ceremonies for two data analytics teams which include: Daily Stand up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, backlog grooming, Sprint Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.

• I manage all team backlogs by coaching the Project Managers/Business Analysts on how to navigate on JIRA: Create/write cards (Issues, Bugs, Task), design workflow, utilize burndowns charts, and linking cards to their epics/release on JIRA.
