Project 1: Pneumatic Gear Shifter.
Academic: Diploma
Description: The project presented has involved the development and implementation of automatic transmissions for bikes. The motivation of this work is to implement this idea in clutch featured bikes with a suitable clutch control. The application of this mechanism leads to make the driving process easier, reduces the risk of destabilizing the car, the lap/stage time, and the chance of miss shifting.
Project 2: Cotton Harvesting Robot.
Academic: B.Tech
Description: In this project, in order to improve robotic harvesting and reduce production cost, a harvesting robot system for cotton plucking was designed. Design and analysis of mechanical multi-legged robot and deformation, stress in the links by using CAD and CAE software. The analytical data can be further used for reference purpose to design a walking robot to attain better design qualities. The design was done in CATIA V5 and analysis of the robot is based on the FEM concept integrated into CAD software called ANSYS R14.5 Internships:

Duration: One month (May’16).
Exposure: Underwent in repairing at Engine, wheel alignment, washing departments. Organization: BHEL, Hyderabad.
Duration: One month (May’19).
Exposure: Exposed and gathered information about various machinery equipment and different manufacturing plants.

Duraion: One year ( Dec’20).
Exposure: Trained on simulation software IPG Carmaker, to virtually test the light motor vehicles.
