Description
Having two years experience in data analytics using MS-SQL SERVER 2008R2.
This project is based on Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
Providing analytical report for Bharti Airtel client. we are analyzing customers request given by the Airtel.
Strong RDBMS concept and experience in creating, maintaining and tuning views, stored procedures using SQL server Analyzing SQL queries and worked on to improve the performance and minimizing execution time.
Responsibilities:
This report is generated once in a month. Bharti Airtel has license for 23 circles in India.
We calculate how many complaints are closed within the stipulated time limit & how many complaints are closed beyond the time limit and how many complaints are remaining open.
• Extracting different types of complaints raised from source, accordingly tagging and status of each customer request resolved based on their adjustment and churned date.
• Populating alert data to respective team to get request resolved before TAT.
• Cumulating all complaints to business understandable format.
• Preparing the Dashboard with type of complaints in circle wise & how many complaints are closed in TAT and beyond TAT after getting feedback from alert cases.
