Scrum Master

•As a Scrum Master I facilitate all Scrum ceremonies which include daily stand ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews meeting, backlog refinement sessions and sprint retrospectives.

•Continuously monitor and communicate my teams progress using our project performance reports and progress tracker such as Burndown/Burnup charts, velocity and sprint health gadget.

•Coach and mentor my team on Agile best practices, Scrum theory and values and ensure it is being practiced consistently

Scrum Master

•As an Agile lead and Scrum Master, I led new teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile and trained teams on the Agile values, tracking tools, concepts and implementation.
