Direction of 3 shift supervisors and 30 hourly employees. Oversight of all winemaking and processing, filtration, composite blending, chemical adjustments, and wine treatments as well as fermentation operations during harvest at the E & J Gallo Livingston facility. Review and approval of all process orders from start to completion.

1995-1998 Served in the capacity of Senior Cellar Supervisor/Safety Coordinator. Facilitated the process safety management team, coordinated all ongoing safety programs between cellar operations and corporate safety department. Managed 15-20 cellar employees, prioritized and assigned task to be performed. Supervision of all composite blending, filtrations (cross flow, membrane, pressure leaf), Cold and heat stability treatments, performed audit lab sampling and analysis (Alcohol,So2, O2,Ph, TA and VA). Harvest responsibilities included training and management of 30-40 new hire cellar employees. Supervision of press operations, starter cultures, inoculations, diamonium phosphate additions, ML fermentations and tartaric acid adjustments.

1993-1995 Sr. Winemaker served on the product development and launch team for the Turning Leaf brand under the direction of Paul Stafford Sr. Vice President of Winemaking.

1992-95, Sr. Winemaker responsible for the white wines under the Livingston Cellars brand, E & J Gallo Family Vineyards Label and the Peter Vella box wine brand. Prioritized and assigned tasks to be performed by cellar personnel, trained new hires in general cellar operations, Tracking of all process orders, responsible for all general cellar activates from wine movements and treatments to filtration and Ion exchange.

1986-1992, Staff Winemaker under the direction of Sr. Winemaking staff. Responsibilities included writing of process orders and winemaking instructions for all wine movements and processing, composite blend calculations and fermentation parameters for incoming grape varietals during harvest.
