Introduction

I am very very proactive and always think ahead how I can do different and the things can work better. I am staying think in the results that the company works goal and how I and the team can together achieve this objectives.

Many times I took risks independently and innovatively, as was the case of migrating a large integrated system

(removable media - floppy disk) that worked on isolated machines and within thirty days I migrated to a network and made them use a common database ( I created an application that did 99% of the migration). During the millennium bug at the Alcoa Company, I used the same reasoning to speed up the font correction process. Analyzing the problem and looking for more efficient solutions is thinking outside the box.
